I am an embodiment of masculinity and bravery, a tapestry woven together by the threads of passion and purpose. My journey through life has been a symphony of experiences, each note a memory etched in my soul.
I was born and raised in Kalinga, a home of braves and beauty a world of splendor, surrounded by the lush greenery of nature and the gentle caress of the breeze. I am a solitary prince among a bevy of princesses, unfortunately our father died before he sees our achievements. He died when my sister was only two years old and our supermom was the only one who supported and raised us alone. I saw her hardships, sleepless nights, tears and her grievance. She became my inspiration and pushed myself to make her proud everyday.
My childhood was a wonderland of adventure and discovery as I explored the boundless expanse of my imagination. I was a curious child, always eager to learn and discover new things. That’s why, I challenged myself and embarked the cadetship journey, being a graduating cadet is not easy, it challenged me physically, emotionally, spiritually and most of all mentally. There was never a night that I didn’t cry especially in my plebe hood journey. I never showed weakness to my classmates “kasi ayaw kong pati sila ay madala sa kalungkutan ko”. I'm always trying my best and do the things right, always trying to be a best older brother to my underclass and a best younger brother to my upper class.
My journey through life has been a winding one, full of twists and turns, but one thing has remained constant: my love for my family and serving the people. And as I look to the future, I know that my passion will continue to inspire and delight, to touch hearts and minds, and to bring light to the darkness.
For I am the embodiment of masculinity and bravery, I can say that my passion will live on forever.
The responsibility of an official or superior for crimes or offenses committed by their subordinates subject to their effective control or supervision or which their subordinates were about to commit or have committed, and such official or superior did not take measures to prevent such. 1 Additionally, the command equates to a person's legitimate authority because it is a clear-cut legal leadership role. He has complete command over every one of his employees. According to the doctrine of command responsibility, a superior may be charged with criminal culpability for a crime committed by one of his subordinates if it can be shown that, despite knowing about the conduct, he did nothing to stop or punish it.
Company Commander must have a high level of readiness and must provide their unit with battle-focused training. As the highest mammal in the company, command responsibility shows an important obligation. For me, it means taking care of your men, guiding them, and teaching them to be responsible cadets and underclassmen. We must set the standard model for the youth. Back then, when I was still an underclass, company representative, I learned the consequences of command responsibility the hard way. It is a huge obligation to be the leader of the company wherein all the decisions that must be made will depend on my opinion. In addition, command responsibility is more of a leader rather than being a boss. This simply shows that we should work with our subordinates not just give them instructions and let them make their own decisions. The cautions and mistakes of my classmates and underclassmen will be my responsibility. It will also be my failure to give them guidance and supervise them.
When I was still an underclassman, I always tried to understand my upperclassmen even though sometimes it is too much. “INGATAN MO, ALAGAAN MO AT MAHALIN MO ANG COMPANY, CLASSMATES AT UNDERCLASS MO”, it is an advice from our former company commander. Like he always told me, being a leader and a company commander is a big risk on yourself and your cadetship. When I took over the position, I give my best to look out for the company, especially the underclass, always monitoring and helping them in their academics, tactics, and character development. Kahit ang maalala lang nila sakin ay ang palaging pag papaalala sa kanila na maging responsable at disiplinado na kadete. I’m not a perfect upper class, but as a company commander, I will always look out for you, my younger brothers, I will help and teach you to the best of my capability.
This is what cadetship means to me, giving all my care and sacrifices for the sake of the underclassmen and the whole company. Foxtrot helped me to become who am I today. I will forever treasure and appreciate all the lessons I learned from this academy. As a future law enforcement officer, my dream is to become the best leader that I can be in my subordinates because a true leader makes an effort to help develop their team's skills so they can reach their full potential.
